The USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map
The maps below are based on the average annual minimum winter temperature, That means, over the course of years, the coldest temperature degree registered for each winter. In theory, you can count on hitting that average number once during the winter.
All of our Bonsai care pages state a zone hardiness zone. Although Bonsai Trees are zone rated to tolerate very cold zones, the conventional approach would be to bring your bonsai tree inside for protection before the temparatures actually drop down into your zone's average low winter temperature.
